- Orders under $75 receive calculated rates at checkout.
- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Oversized baskets and handmade boards may take up to 3 business days.
- Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Returns
- Unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days.
- Burned candles cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
- Personalized items are final sale.
- Damage claims must be sent within 5 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
