Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75 show shipping rates at checkout.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Handmade or oversized items may take up to 3 business days.

Can I return an item?

Unused and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days. Candles must be unused. Personalized items are final sale.

What should I do if something arrives damaged?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Do you offer gift notes?

Yes. Gift notes can be added during checkout. Prices are not printed on packing slips for gift orders.

How do I care for the candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Burn for 2-3 hours the first time to create an even melt pool.

How do I care for linen napkins?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Natural wrinkles are part of the relaxed linen look.

How do I care for the maple serving board?

Hand wash only. Do not soak. Re-oil every 4-6 weeks with food-safe board oil.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust an order before it ships, but not after it has been fulfilled.
